Revitalizing the Aging City: Kadokawa Nursing Care Prevention Center

The center was established by Toyama City through unique physical and financial arrangements. It received various monetary and facility donations from the citizens, converting old public facilities due to the shrinking and aging demographic context, and collaborating with private sector in the operation.
