This interactive CD was developed in conjunction with a Country Environmental Profile for Somalia by the Eastern Africa Regional Office of IUCN, for the EC Somalia Operations Office. The objective of developing this CD and Somalias CEP was to provide environmental, social and economic information to the EC Somalia Operations Office and the Somalia Administrations to guide the identification of specifications on environmental objectives and benchmarks for the EC Cooperation activities in its 2008-2013 indicative programmes for Somalia”.
