This book presents four exercises that describe a series of conflict scenarios that are completely fictitious but fully possible “realities” in order for them to be analyzed in the context of dialogue and cooperation among the different imaginary actors. The hope is that this new book, which is designed for use in workshops and other capacity-building activities as well as in academic environments, will help to continue capacity building for the effective management of transboundary water basins.
